The seven days leading up to Easter and the events of Christ’s crucifixion and resurrection are often called Holy Week. Traditionally, Holy Week is used as a chance for Christians to slow down and focus their attention on the victory and freedom that come from the events that occurred at this time over two thousand years ago. We want to intentionally do this together as a church family throughout this week. We will spend a few minutes each day reflecting on the victory that Jesus brought us through His death and resurrection and learn how His sacrifice brings us freedom from so much of what weighs us down in our lives.
